- This is a secret memo on the phantom of the Crystal Palace case. The contents are unverified and arranged in no particular order. In spite of this, the memo contains several theories that I deduced after the initial investigation concluded.

[COA V Global Finals]
COAV Global Finals will commence on April 16, 2022, and comprise two phases: Group Stage and Playoffs. In the Group Stage, 16 clubs will be divided into 4 groups by drawing lots and compete in round-robin matches. The three best performing teams in each group will advance to the playoffs, while the worst performing club will be eliminated. In the Playoffs, 12 clubs will compete in single-elimination matches until a champion club emerges victorious!

[COA V Global Finals Prediction Event]
The COA V Global Finals Prediction Event comprises 3 phases: Group Stage Prediction, Playoff Prediction, and Tournament Results Prediction. Make the correct predictions to earn Golden Apples.
Group Stage Prediction will begin on April 14 (after maintenance) and conclude on April 16, 24:00(UTC+8).
Playoff Prediction and Tournament Results Prediction will begin on April 25, 10:00 and conclude on April 29, 24:00(UTC+8).
During the Group Stage Prediction phase, participants must predict the final placing of each club within their respective groups. Each correct prediction will be rewarded with Golden Apples.
During the Playoff Prediction phase, participants must predict the clubs advancing to the playoffs. Each correct prediction will be rewarded with Golden Apples.
During the Tournament Results Prediction phase, participants must predict the results of the Playoff matches. Every correct prediction will be rewarded.
[Total Recharge]
- A new tier has been added to Recharge Accumulation System: Players who have recharged over 200,000 Echoes will receive [Recharge Exclusive] Costume Sharing, [Recharge Exclusive] Font Color Effect, [Recharge Exclusive] Chat Bubble Effect, [S-rarity Pet] Batty, and 3,000 Inspirations.
- Costume Sharing: As team captain, you can share your costumes with your friends. Each friend can try your costumes up to 3 times a day. (Disable this feature in [Settings → Social → Costume Sharing])
- Font Color and Chat Bubble Effects: You can change your font color and chat bubble for the Public Channel. (Edit in [Chat Channel → Settings])
[Penrose Maze]
- New rewards have been added in Penrose Maze. Players exchanging for the SS-rarity costume will also receive the following rewards: [Emote] Perfumer - Dreams, [Dynamic Portrait] Mnemosyne's Dream, [Dynamic Portrait Frame] Mnemosyne's Dream, [Graffiti] Perfumer - Dreams, and [Label] Mnemosyne's Dream.
(Players who have already exchanged the costume will receive these rewards via mail.)

[Collect Illustrations]
- Go to [Profile → Collect → Collect Illustrations] to visit the interface.
- The illustrations contain costumes, accessories, and pets. Detectives may view their collected items on the page.
[Room]
- The Perfumer's SS-rarity Costume "Mnemosyne's Dream" can now switch forms in the Room.
- Room Picture in the PC version has been fixed. Photos can now be uploaded.
[Battle]
- Survivors' Pursued Points are adjusted as follows:
- When a Survivor is pursued for 0-5 seconds, 10 Bravery Points are awarded every second.
- When a Survivor is pursued for 5-10 seconds, 15 Bravery Points are awarded every second.
- When a Survivor is pursued for 10-20 seconds, 30 Bravery Points are awarded every second.
- When a Survivor is pursued for 20-40 seconds, 50 Bravery Points are awarded every second.
- When a Survivor is pursued for over 40 seconds, 55 Bravery Points are awarded every second.
[Experience Improvements]
- Temporarily removed the coating effect of the Wax Artist's wax on scene models.
- Improved the entrance of the big house's Basement in the Arms Factory, allowing Survivors to enter the Basement from the gap.
- Improved the charging and using of Axe Boy's "Restful Road" and the Herald's "Swoop" for smoother control.
- Removed the camera shaking effect for charging some Hunter's abilities before the ability indicator was triggered.
- Added exact values in skill descriptions for Hunters including Herald and the Feaster.
- Improved the visual effects for the Mercenary's Costume - Man in Red.
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where, when a Survivor escaped through the Exit Gate while the "Clerk" used Record on them, there was a chance that the ability couldn't be used.
- Fixed an issue where the "Clerk" would get stuck in mid-air when she charged and used the Inspect ability while vaulting over the window on the second floor of a building.
- Fixed an issue where, when the clip recorded by the "Clerk" included a Survivor escaping through the Exit Gate and the Replay Mode was in reverse, tapping Replay wouldn't affect the interaction.
- Fixed an issue where Wu Chang's normal attack speed boost gained after switching forms might not be removed after one charged attack.
- Fixed an issue where the Wildling could be hit by a Hunter's normal attacks while in the Riding State.
- Fixed an issue where certain Standby Motions in "Memory Sphere - Previous Seasons" cannot be unlocked with a Standby Motion Unlock Card (Event).
- Fixed an issue where the Grave Keeper's digging and resurfacing progress bars were abnormally displayed.
- Fixed an issue in Single Training Mode where the Tier display in the results page would have anomalies after using the Switch Character function.
- Fixed an issue where the direction of the Weeping Clown's Rocket and the camera's direction were inconsistent.
- Fixed an issue where, if the Cowboy lassoed a teammate who was about to escape, the teammate's model would gradually disappear on his back.
- Fixed an issue where, if the Clerk used a reversed clip to lift a pallet that had been lubricated by the Mixed Reagent, the reagent's special effects would remain in mid-air.
- Fixed an issue where, if a Hunter looked into a drawing board on the Red Church's red carpet, they would stomp and destroy a pallet next to the Cipher Machine despite being out of the way.
- Fixed an issue where the Nightmare-difficulty AI bot for the Geisha would sometimes get stuck on the Moon River platform.
- Fixed an issue where the Survivor would teleport to an incorrect location after the Breaking Wheel hurled a nail board to confine a Survivor.
- Fixed the issue where Hunters could hit Survivors over objects in the Golden Cave.
- Fixed an issue in the Arms Factory where players couldn't enter certain areas at the Basement entrance beside the big house.
- Fixed an issue where the Hunter's view would display graphical issues when moving too close to the walls in Eversleeping Town.
- Fixed an issue where Survivors would be moved to the other side of the pallets upon getting hit by the tram in Eversleeping Town.
- Fixed an issue where abnormal text would appear when the Postman used Post Dog to escape through the Exit Gate.
- Fixed an issue with the Postman, where mail would not be delivered properly if the match was paused while he used his Mail abilities.
- Fixed the description of the "Clerk's" Invalid ability.
- Fixed an issue where the Embalmer would incorrectly perform as if he was interrupted while using his makeup box under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where the Priestess could use the Holy Key through the air in Eversleeping Town.
- Fixed an issue in Duo Hunters Mode where animations would display abnormally when the "Little Girl" used Memory Sync on other Survivors and jumped into the Dungeon.
- Fixed an issue where the Novelist might observe an abnormally sized Catapult after obtaining the Toy Merchant's vision.
- Fixed an issue in Spectate Mode where the "Clerk's" Replay ability icon would disappear abnormally.
- Fixed the abnormal camera performance when the Geisha's Soul Departure was interrupted while rising.
- Fixed an issue in Darkwoods where the sound effect for Survivors falling into water from a high place would not play under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue in the Golden Cave map where, if "Clerk" got too close to the borders of the map while using Record, she would display the clip at the lower level.
- Fixed an issue where Quick Messages would disappear immediately when other Survivors sent Quick Messages.
- Fixed an issue where the clip-switching icon would appear even if the "Clerk's" storage wasn't full.
- Fixed an issue where Quick Messages might be immediately replaced by another Quick Message right after being triggered.
- Fixed an acceleration duration error when the Mercenary used Elbow Pads under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where the Prisoner's Dance Emote might cause the Prisoner to go through walls and get stuck.
- Fixed an issue where the Prisoner's eyes would be displayed abnormally while in standby by default.
- Fixed an issue where "Undead" would get stuck in midair when attacking on the staircase outside the big house in Leo's Memory.
- Fixed an issue where a decoding clip the Clerk successfully recorded couldn't be attached to Cipher Machines in certain locations within Arms Factory.
- Fixed an issue on some devices where the background music was missing on Leo's Memory map.
Negative Play and Cheating Penalties
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have been found guilty of non-participation, negative play, and cheating, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players and threaten the game's fairness. In the future, we will intensify the punishments for such behaviors in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system to provide us with feedback when encountering negative behavior. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
