Maintenance Content for September 15

Dear Detectives.
To ensure smooth operation, Identity V will issue a hotfix on September 15, 2022, at 08:00 (UTC+8).
- This week's maintenance will be replaced by a hotfix. The hotfix will begin at 08:00 on September 15, 2022 (UTC+8), during which most of the game modes will remain available, including Quick Match, Custom Mode, Events, and Logic Path. (Note: The entrance to Ranked Match will be closed temporarily during the hotfix. However, Ranked Matches already in progress will not be affected.)
- After 10:30 (UTC+8), players will have to exit the game to receive the latest patch. All game modes will be back online once the latest patch is installed (may be subject to postponement should there be any issues).
- If there are still players who haven't installed the latest patch after 11:00 (UTC+8), the server will perform a forced update. During this time, these players will be forced to log out, and they will be able to play again once the game client is restarted (may be subject to postponement should there be any issues).

[Final Push]
From September 15, 2022 (after maintenance) to September 22, 2022 (before maintenance), the weekly Logic Points limit will increase by 20%, and the Logic Points obtainable from a single match will also increase by 20%.
- Logic Points obtained from the first 3 victories or draws of the day have been increased to 1,200 for each battle.
- 20-Sided Dice will not roll a number lower than 15.
[Character Adjustments]
Thief:
- Adjustments to the Flashlight's Silence effect: Shining the flashlight on the Hunter from any direction for 1 second will silence the Hunter, disabling the Hunter's abilities. Each time the Hunters are immobilized, they will gain resistance to the flashlight's effect, increasing the time required to silence them again (up to 1.25 seconds).
- Silencing the Hunter again within 5 seconds after the previous Silence will reduce the duration by 1.5 seconds each time, starting from 3 seconds until reaching 0.
- Reduced Flashlight's usage duration. "Thief's" usage duration has been adjusted from 45 seconds to 39 seconds, and the usage duration for other characters has been adjusted from 30 seconds to 26 seconds.
- Shining the high-powered flashlight on the Hunter will no longer inflict Silence.
- In Tarot - Crystal Ball mode, once the Crystal Ball is activated, shining the Flashlight on the Hunter for 0.5 seconds will silence them.
Enchantress:
- The Enchantress's Guard-stacking speed is reduced by 35% when a Survivor is within 12.7 meters of her.
Toy Merchant:
- Survivors launching themselves with a Catapult will no longer be interrupted after taking damage.
Prisoner:
- The "Prisoner's" Severe Electric Current will recharge outside the electrical area (60 seconds to full charge outside the electrical area and 7.7 seconds to full charge inside the electrical area).
- The "Prisoner's" decoding speed is increased by 5%. When decoding a Cipher Machine on a connection, the Prisoner's decoding speed is increased by 10%.
Wildling:
- Gain 60% Rage upon riding.
- Increases the backswing for the Wildling and the Hunter by 0.25 seconds upon bumping the Hunter into an obstacle.
- Adjusted the maximum duration of each ride from 65/50/40/35 seconds to 50/40/25/25 seconds.
- Adjusted the decoding speed reduction caused by All Thumbs to 25%.
Acrobat:
- Optimized the Acrobat's pull-back judgment.
[Battle]
- Adjusted the cooldown for the Survivor's talent "Flywheel Effect" from 30 to 50 seconds and removed interactions while dashing.
- Hermit's Deduction Quest Node 4 is adjusted from "Achieve more than 650%/650%/650% decoding progress in a match" to "Eliminate all Survivors 1/1/1 time."
- The Hermit's Deduction Quest Node 8 is adjusted from "Use Abnormal 1/2/3 time(s)" to "Hitting Survivors 1/2/3 time(s) after teleporting."
- The Hermit's Deduction Quest Node 12 is adjusted from "Deal damage to 4 Survivors at once 1/2/3 time(s)" to "Deal damage to 4 Survivors at once 1/1/1 time."
[Experience Improvements]
- Adjusted the order of the status icons of Survivors' portraits in battles.
- Widened the distance between the identity effects of the Kings, the Knights, and the Squires in Tarot mode.
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where the flashlight's progress would reduce abnormally if the Hunter was being shone on while vaulting over a window.
- Fixed an issue where the fences generated by Mad Eyes in the basement would exist for 40 seconds.
- Corrected the description of Molten Wax in the Wax Artist's Strategy Guide.
- Fixed an issue where the item icon blinks abnormally on the spectator side when the Weeping Clown uses Rocket.
- Fixed an issue in Duo Hunters mode where the Barmaid could complete interactions while using Travel Journal.
- Fixed an issue where Last Effort may be incorrectly triggered when Survivors are hit by Hunters after using Euphoria while in the Tide Turner state.
- Fixed an issue where the Hook would be displayed abnormally when the Patient carries two items in non-competing modes.
- Fixed an issue where the Hook is not hidden properly when the Patient uses Poseidon Watch in non-competing modes.
- Fixed an issue where Survivors overlap after being carried by the Weeping Clown's Rocket.
- Fixed an issue where the Priestess could establish a Straight Passage through the air at a certain location in Eversleeping Town.
- Fixed an issue where the Toy Merchant would get stuck when colliding while gliding at a certain location in Eversleeping Town.
- Fixed an issue where the "Today's first 3 Draws or Victories" quest and obtaining Logic Points could not be completed normally in Five-Player mode.
- Fixed an issue where the Mercenary does not gain an electrical charge or suffer from any pull effect while passing through the Hermit's Electromagnetic Field when using Iron Dash.
Negative Play and Cheating Penalties
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have been found guilty of non-participation, negative play, and cheating, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players and threaten the game's fairness. In the future, we will intensify the punishments for such behaviors in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system to provide us with feedback when encountering negative behavior. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
Update Notice [September 22, 2022]
Identity V will be updated on September 22, 2022 (UTC+8). The following content is for reference only, and the content of the actual maintenance notice shall prevail.
- Season 23 has officially begun! All-new Season Essence is available now. It contains Gardener's S-rarity Costume - Cosmic Witch, "Herald's" A-rarity Costume - Wilderness Witch, and Sculptor's A-rarity Costume - Animal Witch.
- When Season 23 begins, all new Logic Path rewards, EXP level rewards, and Rank Treasures will be available. Memory Sphere - Previous Seasons will be updated.
- In Season 23, the maximum capacity of 4-sided Dice will be 100. Players will be unable to retain more than 100 4-sided Dice, so please use them at your earliest convenience.
