To ensure smooth operation, Identity V will issue a hotfix on February 9, 2023, at 08:00 (UTC+8).
- This week's maintenance will be replaced by a hotfix. The hotfix will begin at 08:00 on February 9, 2023 (UTC+8), during which most of the game modes will remain available, including Quick Match, Custom Mode, Events, and Logic Path. (Note: The entrance to Ranked Match will be closed temporarily during the hotfix. However, Ranked Matches already in progress will not be affected.)
- After 10:30 (UTC+8), players will have to exit the game to receive the latest patch. All game modes will be back online once the latest patch is installed (may be subject to postponement should there be any issues).
- If there are still players who haven't installed the latest patch after 11:00 (UTC+8), the server will perform a forced update. During this time, these players will be forced to log out, and they will be able to play again once the game client is restarted (may be subject to postponement should there be any issues).

You're a store assistant working in a gift store named "When the Heart is True." On the eve of Valentine's Day, a few customers enter the store and confide in you their troubles...
Event 1: Daily Arrivals
1. Complete check-ins and set up daily arrivals for sale to receive various rewards, including Clues, Fragments, Trial Cards, Portrait Frames, and more.
2. Different items attract different customers and activate different stories. Engage in conversation with them and accept their commissions to receive Clues. Completing a customer's commission will activate new dialogues. Each item can be selected 3 times, and if it attracts the same customer, you may further your conversation with them.

Event 2: Greeting Cards
1. Manager Commission: Complete battle quests to obtain Greeting Cards, Fragments, Clues, Portraits, and more. You may claim up to 5 Greeting Cards from event quests.
2. Greeting Cards: Use Greeting Cards to create and send cards to your favorite characters and receive a reply from them. Decorate your cards with special designs for a chance to receive a special letter in return. Each card sent will earn you 1 Sticker Token.

[Function Updates]
- Stickers are now available in chats! Detectives will receive 10 new Stickers and can now send adorable Stickers in chat.
- The Sticker Shop is now permanently available! Detectives can earn Sticker Tokens during the [Night is When the Heart is True] event and exchange them for Holiday Stickers. The cost of each Sticker is 1 Sticker Token.

[Battle]
- Team Match Matchmaking will only be open when all team members are available for matching.
- Increased the number of Deduction Points awarded to Toy Merchant when using Glide after Repulsion.
[Experience Improvements]
- Updated the EXP system interface for better viewing of EXP progress and rewards for leveling up.
- Added special rewards for increasing the friends limit. The special rewards can be earned on top of the current rewards for reaching certain EXP levels. Players who have reached certain EXP levels will receive special rewards automatically.
- Improved the special effects of [Furniture] Tea Table so that it will remain lit after an interaction.
- Improved the performance of the item included with Seer's Costume "Ryunosuke Akutagawa."
- Improved the skirt effects of Doctor's Costume "Risktaker."
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where, after the Hunter lost connection and reconnected while Novelist was gathering the Hunter's information, the gathering progress would have graphical errors.
- Fixed an issue in Blackjack mode where a circuit connected by the "Prisoner" couldn't decode another connected Cipher Machine.
- Fixed an issue where the Brewing Effect talent would activate in error when Explorer is decoding a Cipher Machine.
- Fixed an issue where players who have escaped from the Exit Gate could enter the match again.
- Fixed an issue where there would be abnormal special effects at the exit when Priestess opens an Ultra-Long Passage at a certain location.
- Fixed an issue where the Gamekeeper would return to his original location after hitting an obstacle with the Chain Hook and pulling toward a wall.
- Fixed an issue where changing the Quick Message settings during a match would cause the settings to revert upon ending the match.
- Fixed an issue where Survivors could change their Polarity even when they're not decoding a Cipher Machine connected by Hermit.
- Fixed an issue in Single Training mode where there's a chance that the instruction to switch the Hunter's pursuing target wouldn't work.
- Fixed an issue in Leo's Memory where Acrobat could use Bomb to jump through the big house's wall.
- Fixed an issue in the Moon River Park where Acrobat could use Bomb to jump over the fence at the second and third station.
- Fixed an issue where the Survivor's items would have graphical errors after they were saved by the First Officer.
- Fixed an issue where the special effects of [Furniture] Cosmos would be missing when it's used in the Room.
- Fixed an issue where the Prospector's "Hajime Hinata" costume couldn't perform [Emote] Survivor - Snap in the Room after switching forms.
- Fixed an issue where Recovery Potions purchased by Breaking Wheel in non-competing modes do not work on Ridicule.
- Fixed an issue where Cipher Machines cannot be connected when the cooldown of Hermit's Meditation is about to end.
- Fixed an issue where Priestess's Holy Key on the Fence cannot be destructed properly.
- Fixed an issue where Evil Reptilian may lag when using Crash under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where Evil Reptilian would get stuck in the leap charging interface when pulled by the Meteorite Magnet while using Crash.
- Fixed an issue where there would be display errors in Explorer's Password Page under special circumstances.
- Fixed an issue in Tarot - Crystal Ball mode where opening the ability adjustment page when entering a match causes the page to remain displayed.
- Fixed an issue when a Survivor uses Euphoria, where the polarity transferred by Hermit during Euphoria's duration isn't immediately removed.
- Fixed an issue where Prospector's head model is displayed abnormally when Wu Chang uses Siphon Soul and Wavering Soul on Prospector while the Costume "Chuya Nakahara" and Item "Poseidon Watch" are equipped.
Negative Play and Cheating Penalties
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have been found guilty of non-participation, negative play, and cheating, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players and threaten the game's fairness. In the future, we will intensify the punishments for such behaviors to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system to provide us with feedback when encountering negative behavior. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
