[New Survivor]
Name: Charles Holt
Identity: Aeroplanist
Background: Throughout his life, Charles Holt has sought to break free, first of gravity and then of fate.
[External Trait] Jetpack
Can be used three times per match. Cooldown: 15 seconds.
He wears an unstable jetpack that propels him in random directions.
After propelling forward once, the jetpack will propel toward a random direction next time.
The jetpack will propel a total of 3 times for each use, with the last two propelling a shorter distance than the first.
[Hover]
Can be used once per match.
The jetpack can propel upward once and hover for 2 seconds.
The strong air velocity created by the liftoff pushes all characters within range outward.
The Aeroplanist can propel farther while hovering, but the Hunter will be notified each time.
[External Trait] Essential Tremor
Due to hand tremors, pallet-dropping speed is reduced by 20%. When there are Survivors within 12.7 meters, pallet-dropping speed is no longer reduced and the Hunter is stunned for 20% longer.
[External Trait] Machine Tuning
Capable of fine-tuning a Cipher Machine that is being decoded, increasing its decoding speed by 2%.

Week 1 of the IJL Summer Playoffs has come to an end. Next up, the IJL Playoffs Grand Final!
The Grand Final will commence this Saturday! The ultimate battles for the Upper Bracket and the Lower Bracket will take place within 2 days.
The top four clubs are SCARZ, ZETA DIVISION, FENNEL, and REJECT.
The club that comes out on top in the Lower Bracket will fight for the championship against SCARZ!
This week's battles will take place alongside the 5th Anniversary Event!

- For Tarot and Duo Hunters Mode, the default active trait carried by the Hunter will be the same as the player's choice in the previous match of the same mode.
- When sharing videos, the video file size limit is now expanded from 10MB to 15MB.
- Improved the performance of the overall model of the Ripper's costume "Isaac Foster."
- Improved the performance of the head of the Little Girl's costume "Rachel Gardner."

[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where the AI of Hell Ember's Phantom would keep changing its course when pursuing Survivors in shorter pallet areas.
- Fixed an issue where the Psychologist's interactions with windows and pallets would have anomalies after she was saved by the First Officer in some situations.
- Fixed an issue where the knocked-down animation would be played in error after the First Officer was hit by the Sculptor's Sculpture Crush while using the Poseidon Watch.
- Fixed an issue where the bird's-eye view would have graphical errors when spectating the Opera Singer.
- Fixed an issue where the skirt's display in the Mechanic's costume "Just Around the Corner" would have graphical errors when she's wounded.
- Fixed an error in the description of Elbow Pads in the "Remaining Items" quick message.
- Fixed an issue in Chasing Shadows mode where players could still use items after they get to the finish line in some situations.
- Fixed an issue where the Grave Keeper's costume "Half-Elf Knight" would overlap when he's engaged in the "Blow Kiss" emote.
- Fixed an issue where there would be graphical errors when the Psychologist carried the accessory "Casablanca" and "Detective Pipe" while equipping the costume "Aasimar" and returning to the Display Interface.
- Fixed an issue where setting a custom location for the Dancer's "Slide" and resetting it to default does not take effect.

Penalties for Violations
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have violated our code of conduct through delaying tactics, intentionally losing, idling, playing negatively, using cheats, cheating in Blackjack mode, and hindering matchmaking for top-ranked matches, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players. We have started punishing these violations in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system to provide us with feedback when encountering the behaviors above. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
