Welcome to Identity V!
To ensure smooth operation, Identity V will issue a hotfix on Thursday, at 08:00 (UTC+8).
- This week's maintenance will be replaced by a hotfix. The hotfix will begin at 08:00 on August 10, 2023 (UTC+8), during which most of the game modes will remain available, including Quick Match, Custom Mode, Events, and Logic Path. (Note: The entrance to Ranked Match will be closed during the hotfix. However, Ranked Matches already in progress will not be affected.)
- After 10:30 (UTC+8), players will have to exit the game to receive the latest patch. All game modes will be back online once the latest patch is installed (may be subject to postponement should there be any issues).
- If there are still players who haven't installed the latest patch after 11:00 (UTC+8), the server will perform a forced update. During this time, these players will be forced to log out, and they will be able to play again once the game client is restarted (may be subject to postponement should there be any issues).

[Character Day]
- Ann's ("Herald") Character Day (August 11) is here and the annual Character Day Event has officially begun. Participate in the event and complete quests to get exclusive Character Day rewards! Players who participated in Ann's Character Day Event last year will receive all-new Character Day rewards for this year after completing the event quest. Come and show your support for this beloved character!

[Battle]
- When the Entomologist's location is exposed due to her external trait "Fragrance," it will still be shown despite her being in close proximity to the Hunter.
- The Aeroplanist is now available in Ranked Matches.
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where the airflow effect of the Aeroplanist's costume "Worn Clothes" was missing after tapping for liftoff.
- Fixed an issue where the sound effect was missing when the Mechanic controlled his Doll on a Rocket Chair.
- Fixed an issue where Mad Eyes could interact with a Fence at the platform's gap on the first stop and end stop in Moon River Park to vault over a certain height.
- Fixed an issue in Blackjack mode where the Aeroplanist's Hover ability would be missing.
- Fixed an issue in Blackjack mode where characters' camera would behave abnormally.
- Fixed an issue where the Password Page interaction icon would still be shown when a Cipher Machine was affected by Wax Adhesion and couldn't engage in interactions.
- Fixed an issue with the Toy Merchant's costume "Miu Iruma" where her movements would be irregular when she was running with an injury.
- Fixed an issue where, when a player lost connection and reconnected while another Survivor was entering a locker, the player's game client would behave abnormally.
- Fixed an issue where the Aeroplanist could use Propel to cross the Moon River.
- Fixed an issue where the Aeroplanist's movements would be interrupted when using Propel in certain terrains.
- Fixed an issue where the description of Dream Witch's "Leech" ability was incorrect.
- Fixed an issue where the Journalist's Accessory "Clair de Lune" was missing its exclusive icon.
- Fixed an issue where the teammate observation interface was erroneously displayed for the Seer on certain devices.
- Fixed an issue where the interaction between Axe Boy's Costume "Edward" and the Gaming Table had graphical errors.
- Fixed an issue where the special effects of the Journalist's Costume "Kaede Akamatsu" would not be displayed in certain scenes.
- Fixed an issue where Axe Boy’s Costume “Edward” would abnormally display a Shovel in certain parts of the Room.
- Fixed an issue where ravens may circle above when immediately decoding a Cipher Machine at the start of a game.
- Fixed an issue where the Dream Witch's Leech Followers would move in place when following their host.
- Fixed an issue where the countdown before entering a match would be repeated once when the Hunter carried the Active Trait "Blink."

Penalties for Violations
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have violated our code of conduct through delaying tactics, intentionally losing, idling, playing negatively, using cheats, cheating in Blackjack mode, and hindering matchmaking for top-ranked matches, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players. We have started punishing these violations in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system to provide us with feedback when encountering the behaviors above. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
