[Final Push]
- From August 24, 2023 (after maintenance) to August 31, 2023 (before maintenance), the weekly Logic Points limit will increase by 20%, and the Logic Points obtainable from a single match will also increase by 20%.
- Logic Points obtained from the first 3 victories or draws of the day have been increased to 1,200 for each battle.
- 20-Sided Dice will not roll a number lower than 15.

Online players can watch the Finals live stream via the in-game Directory, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Twitch to be witness to the birth of the SEA IVC Champion!

Lawyer:
- Adjusted the durability depletion to 4% when opening maps.
New External Traits:
- Each time the decoding progress increases by 5%, Lawyer's decoding speed increases by 1% for up to 20%.
- Each time he travels 18 meters, the Lawyer's Movement Speed increases by 0.2% for up to 5%.
- Each time he vaults over a new pallet or window, the Lawyer's obstacle vaulting speed increases by 1.5% for up to 12%.
- When the Lawyer uses the map to travel or vault over obstacles, his note-taking speed is doubled.
Professor:
- Reduced the initial number of Scales in the map from 3 to 1.
Lucky Guy:
- While Lucky Guy uses a Lucky Parcel, he can now drop pallets, vault over pallets, vault over windows, jump up, jump into dungeons, and interrupt abilities.
Wax Artist:
- Reduced the duration of the wax sprayed by Wax Coat to 0.5 seconds.

- Increased basic movement speed to 4.64 meters per second.
- Added a hold to select feature to Phantom, allowing the selection of Survivors within view to send the Phantom after that Survivor.
- Adjusted the delay before a newly awakened Phantom can move to 2.5 seconds. The delay is increased to 4.5 seconds when near a Rocket Chair with a Survivor on it.
Nightmare:
- Reduced the duration for destroying pallets by 0.2 seconds.
- The time required for spying is reduced to 1.8 seconds while its duration is increased to 45 seconds. The time required for spying is increased to 0.7 seconds at Tier 2.
Others:
- Reduced the area selection tier requirement to Legendary.
[Hide and Seek]
- Added spectate function to Hide and Seek's Custom Mode.
- Added item preorder and recommendation feature for the Naughty Children.
- Added "Best Deduction" to the results and records pages, one for each of the Naughty Children and the "Monster" (more than one in some situations).
[Experience Improvements]
- Reversed the audio for some of the Prospector's emotes.
- Removed the auto-corrected camera function for the Hunter when there is a Survivor in sight.
- Added audio to some of the First Officer's, the Grave Keeper's, and the Forward's emotes.
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where the notice for the next letter at the bottom of the Postman's interface may overlap with other parts of the interface.
- Fixed an issue in "Limited-time Public Map - Summer Adventure" where the color of the characters' costumes would have graphical errors on some devices.
- Fixed an issue where the Wish effect was missing for some costumes when the Lucky Guy opened a chest.
- Fixed an issue where the Journalist's Tide Turner effects were ineffective when she was hit by the Eversleeping Town tram right at the moment when she saved a teammate with an Illusion.
- Fixed an issue where Borrowed Time didn't affect the Perfumer when she was rescued by the First Officer while wearing the Mnemosyne's Dream costume.
- Fixed an issue where the masks would overlap in the Notebook interface when the Acrobat was wearing the Cunning costume.
- Fixed an issue where the Journalist's costume "Kaede Akamatsu" would overlap with some of the Furniture.
- Fixed an issue where the Aeroplanist would collide with objects after using Propel.
- Fixed an issue where the Aeroplanist would behave abnormally upon landing from hovering.
- Fixed an issue in the Golden Cave where the Cowboy's lasso couldn't hit the "Little Girl" when she was on the minecart.
- Fixed an issue where Hidden in Mist’s distortion effect may be displayed abnormally when spectating the Ripper.
- Fixed an issue where certain characters' movements were erroneous when using abilities somewhere in Sacred Heart Hospital.
- Fixed an issue where using Poseidon Watch may render the First Officer invisible to Survivors that have ended Lost Soul.
[Next Week's Preview]
- S28 Essence 1 is now available with new costumes, including [S-rarity Costume] Cheerleader - Fluorite, [A-rarity Costume] Batter - Tungsten, and [A-rarity Costume] Guard 26 - Aragonite.
- "Chasing Shadows" receives Golden Cave as a playable map and a new Battle Event.
Penalties for Violations
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have violated our code of conduct through delaying tactics, intentionally losing, idling, playing negatively, using cheats, cheating in Blackjack mode, and hindering matchmaking for top-ranked matches, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players. We have started punishing these violations in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system to provide us with feedback when encountering the behaviors above. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
