September 14 Update Overview:
[Moonlight Race - Qualifier Phase]
Select Faction
- All players must choose one of three factions: Fluorite, Tungsten, or Aragonite during the Qualifier phase, regardless of whether they are a contestant in the Qualifier.
- Contestants in the Qualifier must decide on a Faction before the competition begins, and the number of contestants in a Faction cannot exceed 40. Contestants will represent their Faction in the competition, and their performance will affect the predictions for that day.
- Non-contestants can select any Faction and participate in Faction Predictions.
Qualifier Schedule
- Competition Period: September 15, 2023 - September 17, 2023, 20:00 - 22:00 daily.
- There is no limit to the number of matches you can participate in each round of the Qualifier.
- The ranking in the Qualifier is based on the contestant's combined points in the top 6 matches each day. The average completion time is also based on the average of the top 6 fastest matches. Ranking data does not reset at the end of each day.
- At the end of the 3-day competition, a special Portrait Frame will be given out based on the final rankings (based on the highest ranking and cannot be obtained twice).
- The faction with the 1st place contestant is the Champion Faction, and all contestants in that faction will receive the Champion Faction's Label as a reward.
Faction Predictions
- Predictions will be available daily for all players and offer multiple Faction-related questions each day. Players can make predictions based on the three available Factions. Participate in the predictions to earn Faction Graffiti and Golden Apple as rewards.
- The results of each prediction will be recorded and summarized at the end of the day, and the rewards, including Clues, Fragments, and more, will be delivered to your mailbox.
- Once the competition for the day begins, all pending predictions cannot be submitted.
[Manor Athletic Games Have Returned]
- After three long years, the Manor Athletic Games have finally returned! Come cheer for your favorite athletes!
1. Daily Check-in
- Complete daily check-ins to receive various rewards, including Graffiti and Inspiration (Visitors who have obtained the event-exclusive Graffiti will obtain Costume Remnants instead). You may follow the games by reading the Newspapers.
- Claim all Newspapers to obtain a brand-new, event-exclusive Portrait Frame — Glory Returns!

2. Complete Battles
- Complete battles to obtain Athletic Energy. Infuse contestants with Athletic Energy to give them a boost! When the energy of the entire server reaches a certain number, visitors who have infused energy on that day will obtain rewards. For every 100 energy infused, players will also receive an Athletic Medal.
- Athletic Medals are used to redeem rewards from the Shop, including [B-rarity Costume] Dancer - Gymnast, [Accessory] Survivor - Sports Trophy, [Emote] Mercenary - Boxing, [Portrait] Long-distance Running, [Emote] Forward - Boxing, [Portrait] Swimming, and more!

[Battle]
- The Cheerleader is now available in Ranked Matches.
- Cheerleaders cannot actively cancel her Encourage ability in 1 second after using it, to avoid misoperation.
- The locations of Wavering Soul in the Golden Cave have been optimized (Chasing Shadows mode only).
- The Gamekeeper's shockwave cannot interrupt the survivor's status of being trapped by confinement.
Lawyer Point Adjustments:
- Added a bonus to the Lawyer's External Trait, Take Notes: When each buff associated with Take Notes reaches its maximum value, the Lawyer will receive a bonus.
- Added a bonus to the Lawyer's External Trait, Read Map: After reading his map, the Lawyer receives bonus points based on the durability cost of the map used.
[Experience Improvements]
- When using the Photographer, the outline of the nearest Camera will be displayed.
- The special effects of the Enchantress' monkey head, which normally appears above the Hunter, will no longer be displayed while Spectating to reduce visual obstruction.
- After adjusting the spacing between the interface and the edge of the screen, the "Drag to Cancel" function would remain when dragging to the top or bottom of the screen.
- After finding a match on PC, the game client will pop up above other windows.
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where Hell Ember's Phantom couldn't lock on to a target.
- Fixed an issue in Chasing Shadows mode where the player's movement direction was incorrectly displayed on the mini-map while riding the minecart.
- Fixed an issue where Survivors could still interact with the switches for the Exit Gate that was blocked by Mad Eyes' Fence at certain angles.
- Fixed an issue in Darkwoods where the Grave Keeper could use Underground Sneak to enter the sealed basement.
- Fixed an issue in the "Tarot - Crystal Ball" mode where the Grave Keeper's shovel would not disappear when its durability was depleted.
- Fixed an issue where the Entomologist's position would be abnormal when entering another Entomologist's Swarm of Insects.
- Fixed an issue where the camera angle was abnormal when reconnected to a match while spectating.
- Fixed an issue where Survivors would face the wrong direction when using a Flashlight in Replays.
- Fixed an issue where Weeping Clown would still receive Rescue Bonuses after failing to save teammates on the Rocket Chair.
- Fixed an issue where the Cheerleader would get pulled back when interacting with objects in an abnormal state.
[Next Week's Preview]
- The West Lake-inspired S-rarity costume for the Gardener "After the Rain" will be available in the Shop.
- Participate in the [Breathtaking Ten Scenes of West Lake] event and complete the event quests to obtain the event-exclusive Portrait Frame and the Gardener's exclusive emote.
Penalties for Violations
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have violated our code of conduct through delaying tactics, intentionally losing, idling, playing negatively, using cheats, cheating in Blackjack mode, and hindering matchmaking for top-ranked matches, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players. We have started punishing these violations in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system when encountering the behaviors above. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
