Event Rules:
- Visitors can help Astraea find inspiration and finish her script by logging in or completing 5 matches each day. Participate in the story and complete interactions to receive event rewards, including [Portrait Frame] Window to the Stars and [Emote] The Mind's Eye - Flash of Inspiration.

2. Shop
- Care for visually impaired children and light up the hearts of every child. The Mind's Eye's charity A-rarity costume "Starlight Maiden" is now available for purchase at 1,388 Echoes. You can now save 40% (838 Echoes) while it's in the Shop!
- The Mind's Eye's new A-rarity costume will be sold as a charity costume. After deducting distribution costs, all profits will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

3. Visual Accessibility Settings
- [Visual Accessibility Settings] will be available on October 19, 2023, providing a set of visual enhancement solutions for players with red, blue, or green color blindness or vision deficiency. When activated, the colors of certain controls and special effects in the match will be changed, and certain special effects will display additional outlines. You can preview these effects in Settings and apply them to the game. (**This feature is only available after downloading the latest version**)
["Midnight Carnival - Hiring Notice"]
October City, a mysterious town that only opens its doors to the outside world during the last week of October, is now inviting visitors to enjoy its annual carnival. This year, however, they have issued a hiring notice in advance, looking for short-term staff to assist with the carnival's preparations and offering generous compensation, a stress-free work environment, and the promise of free carnival attendance. This is indeed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you.
- Complete event quests to earn Clues, Trial Cards, and Letters of Friendship, as well as a small amount of "Spirit Candles" in advance, which are used as tokens in the "Midnight Carnival" Event Shop.
- The Nocturnal Escape mode is back for a limited time! Please find the entrance to the game mode in the Invitation Letter! Come and experience a thrilling cat-and-mouse game through the maze!

[Battle]
- Brightened the special effects for Survivor footprints.
- The Gardener's Recall will no longer be interrupted when struck by the Wax Artist's Wax Hit.
- Players can now use the item "Shield" while riding the mine cart in Chasing Shadows - Golden Cave.
- The button layout for walking, running, crouching, holding items, and using abilities can now be adjusted in Custom Battle Controls.
- Modifying the button layouts for all Survivors in Custom Battle Controls will also affect the button layouts for the Lucky Guy, the Toy Merchant, and the Cheerleader.
- In [Chasing Shadows - Golden Cave], if a player is hit by a Flare Gun while interacting with the crane, the stun effect will now take place after the interaction is complete.
[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where the Hell Ember's Phantom would fail to select its target.
- Fixed an issue where the Cheerleader would experience graphical errors after being hit and knocked down by the Gamekeeper's Chain Hook.
- Fixed an issue where vaulting over Mad Eyes' Fence would result in getting stuck in background objects.
- Fixed an issue where some parts of the Gardener's S-rarity Costume "After the Rain" would overlap.
- Fixed an issue where the cloak animations of the Grave Keeper's "Half-Elf Knight" costume would malfunction during certain actions.
- Fixed an issue where both Survivors and Mad Eyes could operate the Console through a Fence under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where Survivors would behave abnormally when decoding a Cipher Machine while using a Flashlight.
- Fixed an issue in the Spectate Camera where The Breaking Wheel was displayed abnormally.

Penalties for Violations
It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have violated our code of conduct through delaying tactics, intentionally losing, idling, playing negatively, using cheats, cheating in Blackjack mode, and hindering matchmaking for top-ranked matches, all of which significantly affect the experience of other players. We have started punishing these violations in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone. We also encourage you to use the in-game reporting system when encountering the behaviors above. Let us work together to maintain order and integrity in the Manor.
