August 8 Update Overview
["Dream Invitation"]
Tonight, you have received a peculiar invitation, adorned with a tuberose. As you inhale its intoxicating aroma, you fall asleep and dream a strange dream, beginning a unique journey...
- The new limited-time Public Map [Dream Invitation] is now available. Visitors can experience the new photo emote, Affinity Challenge, Duo Dance, Duo Wishing, and more! During the map's open period, enjoy meteor showers and a Fireworks Show every night at 19:00.
- Complete Duo Quests with your Dream Companion in the Dream to collect 20 Intimacy Points, Dream-themed Room Music, and a Portrait. (Your Dream Companion can be your friend, a familiar Character, or a serendipitous stranger encountered in the Public Map. Each visitor can have 1 Dream Companion at a time, and pairing requires you to send an invitation and obtain the other party's consent.)

[Copycat]
- Guess who among us is the Copycat? The new casual mode "Copycat" is now available. This mode will support visual accessibility features in the second week after its launch.
- Players are divided into three factions. In each game, there are 10 players—6 Detectives, 2 Copycats, and 2 Mystery Guests. Players of different identities possess different abilities. Use your abilities wisely to win.

Detectives
Their goal is to identify all Copycats or complete a certain number of tasks to win. Detectives have a numerical advantage and can share information to identify all Copycats quickly.
Copycats
Members of the Copycats faction can eliminate other contestants. For them, concealing their identity and eliminating contestants from other factions is the key to victory. Copycats do not advance overall task progress when completing tasks.
Mystery Guests
Each Mystery Guest has their own objectives and can pursue them without considering other contestants. They also do not progress task completion when they complete tasks.

[Copycat]
- The new casual mode "Copycat" is now available. Complete battle quests to receive the Portrait Frame [Velvet Twilight], Clues, A-rarity Costume Trial Cards, and more.

[Character Relations]
- The [Character Relations] system has been optimized. Visitors can access [Case Investigation] from the Notebook interface to view [Character Relations] and check [Personal Relations] through the Character Files.
- [Character Relations] displays the relationships among characters based on the existing storyline and includes known facts about them. [Personal Relations] unlocks after completing all of a character's deductions. Some information will only be revealed upon completing relevant content, such as Deduction Nodes, the Deduction Diary, Character Day Letters, and dishes.
- Information related to characters with locked relations will become available after their first Character Day.
- Corrected the content in Character Day letters for several characters.
[Shop]
- The Dreams and Illusions Package is now available for a limited time. It can be purchased with 328 Echoes. The package contains [Portrait Frame] Dreams and Illusions, 100 Spyglasses, and 288 Fragments.

[Combat]
- Adjusted the color of the Dream Witch's Follower when parasitizing the Mind's Eye, as viewed from the Mind's Eye's perspective.
- The Rocket Chair at the Central Station in Eversleeping Town now refreshes regularly.
[Room]
- Optimized the room furniture editing interface by adding a search function and a vertical layout, and categorizing items into interactive and non-interactive.
[Character Day]
- Ann's ("Herald") Character Day (August 11) is here and the annual Character Day Event has officially begun. Participate in the event and complete quests to get exclusive Character Day rewards! Players who participated in Ann's Character Day Event last year will receive all-new Character Day rewards for this year after completing the event quest. Come and show your support for this beloved character!

[Bug Fixes]
- Fixed an issue where the Surrender confirmation button would turn yellow.
- Fixed an issue where the dungeon location would refresh abnormally after the "Undead" used Frequency Conversion.
- Fixed an issue where the Patient's landing position was abnormal when using the Hook in specific areas of Sacred Heart Hospital.
- Fixed an issue where the Tinnitus effect would display during Warp when the Journalist was present in the match.
- Fixed an issue where the Puppeteer's model would flicker when transforming into "Louis" within the Peeper's effective range.
- Fixed an issue where the Cowboy could pass through the Resentful Soul after Axe Boy used Dispel Souls.
- Fixed an issue where the Terminate Memory Sync button would disappear after a Survivor was synced with the "Little Girl".
- Fixed an issue where sound effects were missing when Bloody Queen hit Survivors with a basic attack while wearing the "Merry Kuromi" costume.
